This company will dishonestly overcharge you. They have a 1 hour minimum bill rate, which is understandable, businesses need to keep the lights on; however, I was charged 1.5 hours labor for them to diagnose a bathroom fan having a burnt out motor. Please note that they did not replace the fan or even remove the motor, they just took it out of the ceiling, found out the motor was bad, and put the fan back in the ceiling with bad motor untouched. I received a call 40 minutes into the job with the diagnosis. The contractor asked if I wanted the motor removed or left as is. I told him the electrician can just put it back as is (should take no more than 4 minutes) and wrap up, but later I get a bill for 1.5 hours labor, and a fuel surcharge, which was never mentioned in the original quote. My actual bill was 84% higher than what was expected. They were \kind\ enough to remove the surreptitiously added fuel surcharge, but even then the bill was 50% higher than expected. Stay away from this fraudulent place, unless you want to write a blank check.
