I was greeted promptly and directed where to go to sign in. The Service Advisor Harry Fernandez was very helpful, extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. The work was performed quickly and my car arrived for pickup all clean and shiny. I would highly recommend Sterling McCall Cadillac Service Dept. to anyone needing service on their Cadillac.

I highly recommend this place, as they where to fix a few things on my Escalade and once it was inspected by their tech. They found other issues which was great news to be able to fix everything at once. They never hesitated with getting me into a loaner vehicle right away!
