Worst customer service ever! I get we are dealing with a pandemic and businesses are operating in a different manner but the service I got today was unacceptable. I went in to get a new printer since my old one fell apart and I need one for work related stuff. There website said they had the HP printer that I wanted and so I went to their store. Upon entering the store a young man put his hand up as if to say don't come near me. I never attempted to approach him to begin with. After telling him what I was looking for he said printers were not his area. Another young man came to assist only to tell me that they did not have the printer that I wanted nor any HP products because in his words they come from China making it sound like all products from China are virus plagued. I walked out and found my printer elsewhere. Will not be going back to this location again.
