Went in today after having the worst sore throat for days. Everyone here was so nice and sweet and understanding. I tried to go to a different clinic this morning and yesterday afternoon, but had a terrible experience without even seeing a doctor. Called this establishment this morning after I got home, and they told me to just walk in to book an appointment. The wait was very quick much to my surprise and I already told my family how much more I enjoyed my visit here compared to other establishments. They made everything easy to understand and answered any questions I had. They tested me for COVID without hesitation, and gave me a free second test to make sure the results were accurate. Hopefully my sore throat will go away. Thank you for everything. I hope everyone who worked today has a great day, especially the lady in the purple scrubs at the front counter. She was a pleasure to talk to.
