I had a chimney inspection and cleaning done. Larry was extremely pleasant and efficient. He took great care not to soil anything in the house. He was thorough and provided a detailed assessment of the work he did and the issues he found. I will be calling them back to inspect my other chimney when the weather permits, and will definitely use them for any needed repairs.

The best price and service that you will get in the area. Every other company was charging a LOT more and they didn't have any availability for like a month. Potomac services got me taken care of the week after I called. The appointment was fast, efficient, and their technician provided expert advice and recommendations. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know and we will be using them for all of our chimney/fireplace needs. 10/10 service. I can't recommend them enough. My fireplace is ready for winter and better than ever!

Casey was able to come out and inspect the installers work on the spot and offer a step my step explanation on what the issues were and how they were going to handle them. His understanding on the systems in place and how to correct them left me reassured that the work was going to be top notch. Had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning and inspection, although the price was double what others are around here charge they had availability and they are veteran owned. Happy to support that...but..It's been about 3 hours. No call, no show. Disappointed. 11/14/18 update: I have updated my review with a call log. Clearly the ball got dropped somewhere. I am no longer in need of your services in particular but thanks for the reply!
