If you need flooring of any type, cabinets, or countertops, make sure you work with Justin O'Connell at Pro Source of Dulles. I walked into their showroom a few months ago thinking I would need to work with a contractor to buy from them and met Justin who was happy to help me and supply the names of reasonably priced and skilled installers. At that time I was just looking for carpet and feel so fortunate to have met Justin because he not only helped me with carpet, he also helped me find tile, granite and quartz. Justin knew I was working with a limited budget and he helped me find very high-end and stylish flooring and counters at an extremely reasonable price (believe me I have shopped around and there is no way anyone will beat him when it comes to value for the dollar, quality and selection). In addition to being very fair with pricing, Justin is extremely knowledgable about all types of flooring, he spent hours over the course of several weeks ensuring that I found the best possible products for our job considering both style and quality. When I told him I found a carpet at another store that he did not carry, he found it and made it available to me at a significantly better price. He even spent a Saturday morning trying to track down a specific grout I needed because I had failed to order enough for the job. Justin is super cool and a pleasure to work with, I wish I had more projects to complete because he makes the process so easy, stress free, and enjoyable! In a world where customer service, expertise, and reasonable pricing rarely co-exist, Justin is a breath of fresh air!
