Rick came to our rescue during a very stressful leak that was uncovered as we were selling our home. He made time in their busy schedule to work us in as he understood the importance for us. Sub Zero weather caused a cold water pipe to break. After calling my insurance company, I called 9 different water mitigation companies. PuroClean was able to fit me in the next day. I had a plumber come before Rick and the plumber gave the wrong diagnosis which ended up creating too much confusion and lost time. Rick came to the house and was able to identify the root cause of the problem, send me detailed report with the pictures and was very clear on the action plan. Within days he remedied the problem, did the cleanup and went above and beyond to not only solve the problem but also communicate very clearly. His crew is awesome.
After an emergency clean water flood in my basement, PuroClean responded within hours for remediation. Kory Key was the Team Leader and the team arrived within 24 hrs for extraction of water. They were timely, professional, and excellent at communication. On completion, they came back with ample notice and removed all their equipment. They helped put heavy furniture back in place. Expert knowledge and EXTREMELY HONEST. After an inspection and detailed discussion of options, I asked what he would do for his family. He said any deep cleaning / mold remediation that he (or any one else) could offer for this particular case, would be temporary at best, and it would be better to do a more definitive renovation (including demolition and complete HVAC cleaning or replacement) instead. You can't buy integrity, and this guy has that in spades.
