We have been using the ladies at Real Touch Maids for almost 3 years now. Never once did I have a single complaint. These ladies are awesome!! Very consistent, reliable, kind, and thorough. Every time I come home after a cleaning you can really see and smell a difference. We are so thankful for this cleaning service!

If i could give 10 stars i would! this company goes above and beyond to make your home clean and shiny and smell SO GOOD! I have been with other cleaning companies before but not like this one they really managed to leave everything perfect. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!
The first time i was really impressed with the service! The 3 Ladies were fast yet thorough. They did a professional job and I enjoyed a clean house. However, the next time the company sent only 2 maids who were also done in 1 hour! Needless to say, they couldn’t do a thorough job! I found dust webs in several corners and an unwashed bathroom floor. I complained via email and they did not even answer. If they were running a good business they would have apologized and promised to send 3 maids again or increase the time for 2. Apparently they are not interested. Well, quick and sloppy I can do myself. No need to waste 120!
I love this company!!! Real Touch's service is so efficient and my family can enjoy the freshness and spotless cleaning. Sub par vacuuming, dusting and wiping. It doesn't seem like an extraordinary ask to have these basic things done properly. I would appreciate a follow up so our experience can rectified.
