Buyer Beware! I went to an open house presented by Karen Ricciardi. She is by far the most un-professional, rude real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Upon opening the door to the home, I said 'hello, how are you today?' to Ms. Ricciardi. Instead of a cordial reply, she responded: \I need to see some ID.\ I was taken aback by such an abrupt, rude reply that must have shown on my face, because the next sentence out Ms. Ricciardi's mouth was: \I know one of you must have a photo ID because you did drive here after all.\ Because of her ill-mannered, irrational speech, I told her I would not show her my photo ID as it seemed like I was about to become a victim of identity theft, and left the home. How an agent who treats perspective buyers like criminals can survive in this field is beyond me. Fellow buyers: if you see Karen Ricciardi as the buyers agent, be aware that you are probably in for many headaches in your real estate transaction. For your sellers: Karen Ricciardi drove away one buyer in myself. Good luck if you hire her.
