I reserved a SkyHawk limo for a trip to the wineries in Virginia. I had looked up a few that I wanted to go to and Sky Hawk was very communicative with me about which vineyards required notice beforehand for a party arriving in a limo. They were very flexible and allowed me to change the time and date of my reservation, and even let me bring a small dog along to enjoy the dog friendly vineyards. I would definitely use them again!
Highly impressed! The experience from beginning to end has been extraordinary. Communication - via phone and email was outstanding, answered every email and all my questions were answered. Accomodations- They honored any special requests. Value - Absolutely! I have called around and this was my go to for affordability. Understand affordability, does not mean bad quality/service. No hidden fees, everything that I was quoted, is was what I paid. The contract was very forthcoming should there be any additional charges. FYI, I had no extra charges from Bethesda to DC to Potomac. Service- the driver (Ray) arrived before the pick up time, he was dressed professional. He was friendly, considerate and helpful. Prom night, the group (10) wanted to take pictures around DC and he was helpful in mentioning areas with great scenery. I mentioned they were not sure and he knew of good spots and he will take them there. He greeted every member of the group and was very respectful. They made it to the dinner reservations on time and the Prom too. Oh by the way, a special touch, he texted me once they were dropped off. I never asked him to, but he did. That was thoughtful. Recommend? YES! I will be using this company as my go to for Limousine service! Limo - Clean! Clean! Inside and out, that stretch MKT shined! Thank you Ray, you made their night! They had a great time.
