We were beyond happy after working with Freddy at Tart to help us find just the door we were looking for! We wanted a specific door to fit an irregular sized opening, and he sent us several options and was very responsive! Freddy came out and measured our current door twice within a short amount of time; he kept us up to date on the process and delivery of the door from the manufacturer, and was amazing in getting the door delivered to us right when we needed it for install! I would definitely recommend Tart and Freddy to anyone for their great customer service and ease of transaction from the start of the process to the purchase to the delivery!

I spent a lot of time looking for an extremely specific door. I received quotes from some major distributers but none of them were quite right and I would have had to settle. Tart Lumber was recommended by a friend and they were worth every penny spent. Not only did Aimee Kitchen take the time to find my 8 foot double-sliding French doors, she found it at 1/3 of the expected price. I was so shocked by the price, I wanted to see images of the door. Since the door was special order, Aimee was able to get a drawing (to specs). My door arrived three week early and my project is now complete. Mind you....Tart Lumbar is 40 miles from my home, and all of this was done over the phone and via email during a pandemic. Aimee communicated with me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Tart Lumber is now my vendor of choice and I will drive the 40 miles to continue to do business with them.

All I can say is WOW! We got our new Marvin windows from Tart and they finished the installation today! To say we are thrilled with the products, customer service and workmanship would be an understatement! Not only are the windows fantastic, but they wrapped all of our trim and replaced two decorative panels on the front of our house with maintenance free materials! Jason Kellum sold us our windows, and made sure that every detail was covered! Matt and his installers were on time and were very knowledgeable- there were no unforeseen issues that my husband and I had to deal with - and the same team that measured did the installation-always an added benefit! Aimee was fantastic and made sure the paperwork was all correct! All I can say is Thanks, Tart! We will be reaching out for another project (cabinets) next summer!

An issue which wasn’t Tart Lumbars fault in the first place was handled so well. I must say the quality and customer service my family and I received was phenomenal! Will definitely come back here for future needs. Very satisfied!
