Terrible. Do not use. My go-to place, Sterling Appliance, did not have the part I needed. Sterling somehow knew Trible's had it and recommended I call them. I did and Trible's said they had to order it from their Atlanta store and it would be here within 3 days. On the 3rd day I had not heard from Trible's so I called them. The counter person just said, nope, don’t see it and hung up. I called back and asked if they could tell me where it was? Did they have a tracking number? Could they tell me when it might show up? Nope. Nope. Nope. I try to give local businesses my business, but with a company like this - never again. Terrible, terrible customer service. I would not recommend them for anything. Ordered it on-line and will have the part day after tomorrow.

Manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they oem parts not cheap knock offs. Work hard to meet Safety during covid 19.
A place to get all your appliances needs. Mark and his crew are very knowledgeable in most all appliances.
