Sterling Vapez was recommended to me by another vape shop when I was trying to find coils for my vape. I called four different times today & they didn't answer the phone at all. So I came by at 3:45pm (business hours say 12-9 pm for Wednesdays). The door was locked & no one was here. So I came back at 5 pm & the door is still locked. Definetly not good business practices. Doesn't seem like they actually want any business.

The worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. I have no idea how did they get some nice reviews... the guy was super rude, didn’t even return my hello. Didn’t bother asking me if I need help, was on his phone chilling the whole time. They had a very small selection of vapes and the unprofessional guy had a very minimum knowledge about the products.
