The service team found a couple things that needed to be replaced while it was still under warranty so I appreciate them not waiting until the warranty was up. The shuttle service was great as well. The driver was very friendly and courteous and professional! Also the work was completed in a timely manner! Awesome overall experience!

So scheduled an alignment for Friday at 8am it is 10:50am I'm still here for an alignment. The customer service representative at sternberg automotive on crittenden dr. Told me it would take a half hour. 3 hours later still here. Something about a stuck bolt. That they have to heat up. That only said to me this service center does not have the proper tools to do a simple 4 wheel alignment In a timely manner! Terrible did not plan on taking a half day from work for a 4 wheel alignment. That didn't even get done properly. Per my receipt.
