Very unprofessional management all they care about is money and don't buy a older trailer there unless you plain on moving it and even then they try and screw you over on the trailer and your money. Not worth the hassle or stress to live there. They've hurt and screwed over way to many elderly people and other people that lived there for years so wish I didn't have to even give it the one star it doesn't even deserve that.

As a first time renter and first time in a mobile home, I'm amazed at just how nice these homes are and very honest and professional management. Maintenance gets anything done and documents the work being done. Never worrying about who to contact is such a great weight off my shoulders. This definitely a gem in a haystack.
They charge you to do a background check on ya even when you pass that They still pick and choose who they want to live in there park not friendly at all money takers
I lived there a long time.but after new mgmt came in.she was impossible to deal with.unprofessional is putting it lightly.all they care about is income.when Reese owned this place.it was a nice place to live.you paid your rent and were left alone.no one wants to live here.ugh.i wouldnt recommend it.unless you like to be talked down to and treated badly. His company needs to clean house!!!..thats why I don't live there any longer!
Ridiculous to believe this place charges 750 a month for rent for trailers. Maintenance crew are decent, but very unprofessional. The only thing more insulting is the lack of caring from the landlord. Completely fake when it comes to human emotions. Money is the only thing that matters to this so called community. Don't waste your time and efforts. You might as well buy a house for the amount of money you'll be dumping into this very shady community.
Applied for a job. Will not list employees name, but she was very unprofessional when I called back for the check up on the job. Called me a few names, and ect. I'm not an angel but how I was treated was so unprofessional. Even through the whole interview while she was putting me down. Homes are nice but why do you need a maintenance crew for them when they are freshly built mobile homes? Also very over priced though.
