Cindy was wonderful to deal with. I had a couple of shirts that were too long and called them up to see if they could shorten them. I brought them in and she said yes of course. I got them back in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend. I definitely will be back in the near future. Thanks Cindy! Excellent work!

I very rarely write negative reviews but here I am...I went to Kayleebug's to get my wedding dress bustled and my veil fixed (small snag nothing big) Not only did she put bright white appliques of my ivory veil she did a very poor job at applying them, loose threads literally everywhere. Also she never told me a price not even as I went to pick up my dress and veil she just asked \Cash or Card\ after my response she took my card and started walking into the back to swipe it. If is wasn't for my mom yelling after her to ask for the price we wouldn't have known in till we got the confirmation email. She ended up charging us over 200 dollars for her very amateur looking work. When I started messaging her about being disappointed in her work she started acting very rude. even refusing to met up with my wedding planner to discuss a resolution not to mention she lied to my wedding planner about quoting me a price. This women is very shady and she gives local businesses a bad name. Will never go to get ever again and my groomsmen who still need work done will look elsewhere.
This woman just had me drive an hour an half away from home to tell me that she couldn't Taylor a pair of pants for me she said wouldn't be an issue over the phone . I literally just asked for them to be brought in maybe an inch (two cuts and two swipes with a sewing machine) i would have gladly been overcharged for a simple job , good luck getting her to leave her desk
This lady is a very prudent businessperson. She is always sizing you up to see how much she can make off you. A lot of her business centers around measuring you, she sends the measurements out, some factory makes it, then she makes a big profit off it. I kinda think she feeds off the ignorance of the locals. Be sure to get a firm price from her, so she can’t send you a whopper of a bill, as others have found out. Another reason to shop in pittsburgh
