This dealer could use some lessons in customer service. At least acknowledge customers, say hello or ask if they have been helped yet. We found a couple of Jeeps in our price range (25k - 29k) and would love to drive one. The first visit we were passed by three sales employees who seemed to ignore us. The second visit (same day) we checked out a show room model which we really liked. Yet sales person, sales manager (?) and another employee walked passed us as if we were not there. We spent at least twenty minutes in the showroom with not so much as a hello. We will visit their competition on E. Kellogg. Hopefully they know how to treat a customer. Steven is closer to our house, yet I am seriously disappointed in our experience an will not go back, even though they had a couple of Jeeps that I would love to test drive or purchase. Corporate account, paying cash, with potential to purchase fleet. Their loss!!!

Everyone was helpful and worked very hard to provide a great experience! I would recommend going to Steven Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. There is a no pressure atmosphere and they are there for you. Mike Shoemaker is the guy to go see!
Went in to test drive cars, and found one that I was interested in. They were very helpful and even told me to take it home for the night to make sure it was the car I wanted. About a mile from home, the car had lost all of its oil and was making very bad noises. This was three days ago. I called the dealership immediately and they said that they would come tow it. I just got off the phone with the manager. All I wanted to know was why there was a delay and when they would be getting it (I had gotten the vehicle to my house and has been sitting there since). The manager immediately struck a negative tone with me, and said "do you want me to fix this or beat me up about it?" I'll admit I was frustrated, but not enough to merit a manager being rude to me. He even told me that I was a "smart ass." Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience with a dealership. I would highly recommend ANY other dealership in the Wichita area.
was told of a missing under the hood light was told time to change the air filter i felt they took very good care of me. everyone was very nice, i probably had 7 people asked me if i had been helped. very nice place
I bought an MKZ from salesman Mike Hinton; he gave my wife and I all the attention we wanted and we got a great deal! The whole experience was great, Mike even put on a new set of wiper blades for us! The dealership and Mike are top notch!
Fantastic service and friendly staff. These guys are improving every time I visit. Could not be more happy with Steven Chrysler!!!
I purchased a minivan from these guys. The vehicle did not come with second key fob, floor mats, or an owner's manual. I called the previous owner to ask if they had them and they said that they left them with the car. I think the dealer "lost" these items in order to drum up additional business. These things annoyed me. Here's what really makes me hate these guys. I took my vehicle in for the first oil change, first one was free. I got a call back saying that there was some vibration in my rear rotors and that my rear brake pads were 3mm thick out of 8mm (they told me the spec says to replace pads at 3mm thickness). I was told my front brake pads were 5mm thick. They wanted to repair the problem by turning both front and rear rotors and replacing the rear brake pads. They wanted 207 to turn each set of rotors and 110 for the pads. That totals about 560 after tax. I drove off without the repair. I called a competitor to see what they would charge me to do the same work and they quoted me 351. I replaced the rear rotors and pads myself. When I inspected the rear pads one set was worn down to the metal bracket (no pad left). Where was the 3mm that they said was there? The pad was grinding into the rotor and didn't have enough material to be turned. They would have just had to replace the rotor. I am guessing they would have turned it, told me they had to replace the rotor, and charged me for both but that is just speculation. Keep this in mind, when I purchased the vehicle the dealership supposedly did an inspection of the vehicle. I put a few thousand miles on it (all highway) from the time I got it to the time I took it in and they told my pads needed to be replaced. Since there was much less then 3mm of pad when I removed it, I believe they sold me a vehicle that was out of spec. Don't waste your money here. They will try to rip you off one way or the other. They sell vehicles out of spec and charge almost double what other dealer service shops will.
i really enjoy the friendly environment and courtesy of employee ...i will definetelly swing by next time for my jeep repair ...and its fast then i expected and everything was absolutely perfect
