Extremely disappointed with this doctor and his office. Went in with a chronic sore throat and Dr. Fyfe decided to run one test for one thing and sent me out the door all within five minutes. Then they did not get back to me with the test results after three weeks and multiple phone calls. The office tried to make me book another appointment two weeks down the line just to get my results. All the while, I was fatigued, in discomfort, and unwell. When they finally did get back to me, they told me I may or may not have what they tested for and I should rest. Thanks a lot!! Is this really what y'all think care should look like!?

I'm really glad I trusted Dr. Fyfe and his team. There are apparently a lot of chop doc ENTs in Austin who will recommend unnecessary surgeries that cause a lot of pain and cost a lot of money. Dr. Fyfe is not one of those guys. I wish his second opinion had been the first opinion I sought. Another ENT recommended a turbinate reduction to control my allergies. It was eight weeks after the surgery, and I couldn't figure out why I still couldn't breathe well out of my right nostril. This doctor claimed that no one breathes perfectly out of both nostrils. So even though I was a former college athlete and open water swimmer, surely he knew better about my own breathing patterns than I did. Awesome. Enter Dr. Fyfe. He took a camera down my nose to show me that the right side was (drumroll) infected. His staff explained why it likely got infected. Then Dr. Fyfe prescribed antibiotics to make sure it healed properly. I had a few follow ups, and eventually, he cauterized the wound. Dr. Fyfe didn't interrupt me. He didn't second guess what I said, or suggest that I didn't follow his instructions. He didn't recommend procedures that in retrospect would seem excessive. I felt respected by him and his team. Many thanks to Dr. Fyfe and his very kind staff. It scares me to think where I'd be without y'all.

Great doctor terrible support team when it comes to help post procedure help or proscription refill. It's like contacting Amazon or Google, they just aren't concerned with your issue.
