John, Daniel, and Dorea were great hosts for our trip to South Africa. They made the entire trip incredibly easy, enjoying, and fulfilling. The accommodations and food were first class. Our family's goal for the trip was to see African animals in the wild and the viewing was just amazing. We had the opportunity to ride elephants, see a hippo fight, and view more animals than I had anticipated. The giraffes were definitely my favorite. As an added bonus, we had the opportunity to participate in tranquilizing and assisting in the moving of some sable which was the highlight for my husband. I would highly recommend this group for anyone looking for a lifetime adventure.

Taking an African Safari was always on my bucket list. This trip was truly a trip of a lifetime. The best part of the trip was the total immersion that our safari guides and hosts gave to our 9 person group. They truly lived with us for our 10 days and became like family. They were so knowledgeable about the various animals and gave us plenty of time to photograph those that we saw. The trip was varied, staying in some of the Kruger Park lodges plus in some very nice resorts. We learned so much about South Africa and hope to return some day. Craig H.
My grandparents went and LOVED every second of it. I respect this company so much because they take care of the people who go. It becomes a community and I am so happy with all the wonderful experiences they had.
Can’t say enough about what a top notch trip this is! The organization and coordination of travel - what to expect and what to bring was very thorough. John has this trip so well dialed in that you can sit back, relax and take it all in! My husband and I went for 10 days in August 2019. It was a trip of a lifetime. Our guides, Daniel, Dorea and Jandre were fantastic. Their knowledge of animals, birds, geography and South African culture and history was over the top. We so enjoyed our small group of 9. We all became fast friends as we experienced South Africa. Some high points that stick in my mind are of course the animals at Krueger, trying African cuisine, the diverse terrain, wonderful lodging, boat cruise, riding elephants and having it all planned out for us! Can’t recommend lllsafaris enough!
