Hands down these guys are awesome! I highly recommend Parker, he is not only the nicest and most courteous sales man I have ever worked with (and in my 20 yrs of leasing vehicles, I have dealt with many) he is completely genuine and truly cares about your wants & needs. I recommend every new customer work with him on their new purchases. Paul in financing was wonderful, straight forward and no bull. I walked in at noon and left at 4:30 with my dream cx-9 Carbon edition with a payment not a single dealer could beat. If you are considering shopping with them or buying a MAZDA these are your guys! I was looking for a specific small SUV and Jorge took what I needed and made it happen so easily! I didn’t have a lot of time to jump through hoops. He text me vehicles and set up test drives to fit my ever changing crazy schedule. He even played with my 5 yr old son during the purchase process! I have been bringing my cars in the last two years, and each time, I am greeted, explained what will be serviced, and provided the best price. I receive recommendations but no one is every pushy. The turnaround is amazing. I think I was out of there this week in 45 mins. I have been dealing with Cody in Service for all my visits. The guy is a Rock Star and not only makes me feel comfortable that my car is in great hands, but just confirms I selected the best dealership in Wilmington. The whole staff is the best around. I highly recommend!

My experience at this Mazda location was nothing short of fantastic. The minute I walked in, the front staff was warm and welcoming. Leah and Reggie assisted me with a very informative test drive... or two... or three. Tracy went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience and ultimately became part of the Mazda club. I simply cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the staff at this dealership. From the beginning, they were thoughtful, courteous, and SO professional without being pushy. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or not taken seriously, which unfortunately has been what I have to come to expect when car shopping on my own. I worked with Reggie Williams at first, but sadly he happened to be out the day that I came in to make the move on the car. Reggie was very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable; easily able to answer all of my questions and then some about the vehicles. On the day that I was ready to make the offer, they were quickly able to set me up with Jorge since Reggie was off. Jorge didn't skip a beat: I felt very comfortable with him and knew I was in good hands. We really clicked, and I felt that he understood my needs and was there for me throughout the whole process. By the end of the day, we had our own inside jokes. My husband and I came to pick up the vehicle later in the evening. Jorge as well as their Finance rep Paul, stayed late to take care of the transaction. Never rushing us, and never making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Paul (as well as the used car manager Brian) was very up front and transparent about the process, and helped us to get the best financing available. He did sell us additional warranties, but helped us navigate what we might need and what we didn't. I will continue to refer all my friends and family over to them, as I know they will be looked after with the utmost care. Cannot thank them enough. Oh - and if you're curious about the corporate culture and maybe want to strum up conversation, ask them about the colors on their name badges. You'll notice they are all different, and that is no coincidence. Cheers!
