Let me start by saying our sales Rep Steven Bassi is totally awesome! My husband and I came in with our two little girls and nephew, so we’re kind of a lot! He was so kind and patient with us. Once we got inside to take a look, Steven gave us our space. Not once did he try pushing anything on us. At the end he even showed our kids one of their gigantic trailers just for their entertainment! We were upfront from the get go and let Steven know that we wouldn’t be purchasing that day but in the near future, he wasn’t irritated with us in the slightest. We found our perfect trailer and when the time is right we will most definitely be going back to Steven! Such a cool dude and made our day! Thank you! We highly recommend him especially if you are with the whole family! ️

I noticed that most reviews are written by customers almost immediately after they leave Camping World of Valencia, probably on their way home while they still have the warm fuzzy feeling. Take the high-ish ratings for this place with caution. Once you leave with your new rig, they are done with you. Do Not expect similar customer service as when they wanted to sale you something.

My sales rep, Sam, is outstanding. We communicated everyday, until the deal was done. He answered every question I had. If he didn’t have an answer, it didn’t take him long to find it and get back to me. The store staff were friendly and helpful too. The floor manager, Katherine, is supportive of her staff and they provide excellent service assistance with essential supplies. I am very happy with the whole process. Special mention of Rene’ who was fantastic in going through our walk through. You’d never know that he had not done one before, had he not told us.

Purchased my very first travel trailer at camping world, and had THE best experience! Everyone is so amazing and nice, so polite and very helpful. We had the honor to have Lucia as the sales rep. Such an angel, she was there for us through the crazy ups and downs of trying to get approved & get going out the door with our purchase. Also had Buddy give us the grand and final walk through our trailer was very explanatory so detailed, answered allll our questions & did not make it confusing for us at all as we are new to this. So happy with the experience we had. Definitely recommend this place and these employees. Thank you Camping World of Valencia

We paid 81,000 for our RV and Camping world charged us 20,000 for extended warranties without us knowing. They said it was a 15 year loan and when we got our first bill it was a 20year loan. The worst of the worst. Evil company. Buy from anyone else. Here is the proof! You have been warned!! We didn't ask for any of these extra charges!! We called to get this fixed, corporate said they would get back to us and never did. Total predatory lending!!!
