Had a issue with my title they where not able to help me but after taking my issue up with the mva I revived a call back from robbin. I was heated that I had to go to the mva to resolve my issue. But robbin did a good job explaining the issues they had encountered and why the where not able to help me.

Horrible, they don't answer their phones or have any other sign except closed due to govt orders. No phone recordings, nothing. What part of businesses being open for MVA related stuff in phase two have they NOT understood? No response from them of any sort. Find anther title company.

Convenient? Yes Quick? Yes Sells your information? Yes For the first time in over 20 years of dealing with MVA, I decided to skip the bridge construction and pay the extra to stay local instead of waiting in endless lines at MVA and went to Harris Tag and Title. I walked out of there wondering why I hadn't done this sooner. After a couple weeks I started getting a flood of spam mail about my specific car that I had just registered at HT&T. I have registered a few cars in the past couple years and hadn't received a single piece of spam mail about it...the only answer is that Harris has sold my information.

Harris Tag & Title is our go to place for personal and business matters that allow us to avoid a trip to the MVA. I have been able to do tag returns, get 30 day tags, register vehicles and more. We have had some complicated issues in the past regarding multiple vehicles that we use for business and the staff were helpful and walked us through the process of everything that needed to be taken care of. We have been going here for years, they get to know their customers by name. I agree with a previous review...the staff go above and beyond...Hayley is the best! :) Having a place like this on the island is awesome! I highly recommend this location for your tag and title needs.
