I highly recommend Steve’s Smog for anyone who wants to be treated like family and taken care of in an extremely fast and professional manner. I had moved from Hawaii to California and needed to have a smog test done and new registration. After some drama back in Hawaii with my car, Steve was able to get me squared away and sent me on my way with new plates, new registration, and a passing smog test. He even went the extra mile and installed my plates and stickers for me. I’m so very grateful for his help and his business, especially during COVID times. Cannot express my gratitude enough.

Just WOW!! I went to get a Star ertified Smog Check for my DMV renewal and I must say the service was extremely fast. I was in and out in no time. He was extremely pleasant and informative. He told me hey can do My DMV RENEWAL!!!He was able to hand me my tags in hand on the spot and gave me a receipt in case DMV did not show that I paid. DMV lines bye!! I've been to smog stations around Fremont, Hayward, Union City, throughout my adult life, and found Steve's to offer the most professional service from any of the previous locations patronized, and along with the cordial service, there weren't any hidden fees added to the total cost after the smog was completed, which usually occurs at other shops, and I intend on frequenting this business until I become too old to operate a motor vehicle, and highly recommend Steve's to anyone living in the Bay Area.

This place is amazing I was looking for a smog place to smog my car came across Steve’s smog on google and I read the reviews and I was like ok I’ll check this place out because they stay open late.
