In the Pheasant Lane Mall's food court, Burger King has been replaced by Stewart's All American Grill. A sad development indeed. For my one and never to be repeated visit I ordered the Cheeseburger meal. For that, you get a six ounce patty of tasteless, dry, overcooked beef on a bun with some melted yellow "stuff" standing in for cheese. There was no lettuce. There was no tomato. There were no onions, no condiment of any kind. Just a lonely, yellow coated piece of abused ground beef resting on a nondescript bun of some sort. Did I mention that the patty was dry? And without taste? I cannot recall ever eating a burger this bad. And fries. Meh. And a Stewart's root beer in a drink cup that refuses to function as designed with the provided lid. Horrible lunch. Run away, run away!

Bottomline first, DON'T go there. This place made me believe there is worse that whatever you think is bad. You would think fast food burger places. specially in a Mall setting, nailed down at least the basic ABCs of this kind of business... This place obviously has no clue... check the pictures and I'll narrate my horrendous story now. We waited in the line forever, and the staff were unreasonably slow. Finally when it was my turn, my order was simple; 2 kids meals with cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and pickles with juice box, and meal #1. THAT WAS IT. What we got was what my 4 year old toddler described as bun, meat, cheese, bun, on all 3 sandwiches. We also didn't get the juice boxes and there wasn't the car the menu state the kids meal will come in... I took everything back and asked for the toppings. Now that "I finally got my toppings" I opened the boxes and my jaw just simply dropped... see the pictures below. Chopped pickles and chopped tomatoes... that's it. That was the case for all 3 sandwiches. Check the pictures to see how meal #1 should look like. Not only that, the burger itself was rubbery and salty; they might as well call it salty piece of rubber and the fries tasted old. Then comes the car that kids meals comes in it... the menu shows it, woth asterix and red text restating that kids meals comes in car. We didn't get that, and when I asked the staff about it their answer was "oh that's just a picture". Hands down the worst experience ever... Aaaaaand if you still insist or had to go there, get the kids meal because, at least to my experience, it was the same as meal #1 for a dollar less.

Just had dinner here! The customer service was AMAZING! Friendly workers who truly strived and cared to ensure that your experience at their restaurant was an exceptional one! I was a manager at another food service restaurant for 7 years so I am insanely picky with how people serve my family and I at a restaurant. Jess, Natalie, and Dre went far above my expectations with how sweet and friendly they were towards us. We will definitely come back again because of them! Fantastic Job Guys!!!

I ordered the frank Stewart burger and it was delicious. The lady behind the counter was so nice and helped me with my first visit. I like the feel of the place and the people that work there. Food took less then 5 minutes and was hot fresh and fantastic.!!

Third time, still great! Going to different malls for work, I get tired of cheap quality and high priced mall food. This place was priced the same as the rest, but the quality was better than most “Mall Food” hopefully they keep growing, first thing I always check when I’m traveling for work now is... do they have a Stewart’s? I see them in every major mall. It’s not fancy, it’s real, and tasty!!!

If you’re looking to eat some god awful carnival food, this is the place for you. The only thing even slightly enjoyable were the drinks, which (obviously) weren’t things that they actually made. Their “cheese” should not be classified as cheese... rubber is probably a better word to describe whatever the heck that was. Oh yeah, their shakes are alright. Needless to say, unless you’re looking for some mediocre ice cream or disgusting rubbery goodness, you probably should not go to Stewart’s.

First and Last time ordering from this location. I’m a Manager of a Retail Store in the Mall and ordered few wings for the team. Terrible mistake; the size of each wing is less and 1/2 an inch. Seriously no joke I have pictures!! This location is over priced, took over 20 minutes to complete the order after making a mistake on the wrong sauces. I will never suggest this location to any business nor plan on ordering anything for my team going forward. Complete rip off.

Worst place I've eaten at the mall and I don't expect much from a mall. Cheeseburger was like a hockey puck. Cheese steak dry and burned. The French fries tasted like old fish. I couldn't even eat them. I threw the whole order out, it was that bad. Total waste of money!
