Friendly service, dealer really wants to help you get the vehicle you want within a set price limit. Only drawback was the paperwork process to take possession of our new Jeep took so long once the purchase decision was made. Overall, still great! The friendly service department brings Fury Motors to a Five Star rating!

An hour and ten minutes for a scheduled oil change give me a damn break people!! Unacceptable!!

My wife went to get a oil change and tire rotation of which both were covered under tires and oil packages that I purchased. They tried telling my wife that we did not have any oil changes and also charged my wife for the tire rotation when it should of been free because of the tire purchase. Also I tried calling the dealership multiple times to have then correct the issue and after they told me they would correct the issue they did not and never contacted me back to resolve the issue. Customer service is very poor and have had very bad experiences with this dealership and will look for a better dealership that cares about there customers.
