Lobby closed and employees were stuffing their faces with cookies while the open sign is illuminated during listed business hours. Waste of time visiting this location. Not the 1st time this has happened here...

Not only did they make us order online outside in 30 degree weather, but they gave me the wrong cookie! I think it is absolutely rediculous that they didn’t have anything on the website saying you have to order online and the lobby is closed. Very poor customer service.

I ordered delivery, cookies and ice cream. The cookies still were soft and warm! The ice cream hadn't melted or anything. Hunter, who delivered my order contact less, gave me a call to let me know he dropped it off. He was super nice and I appreciate him walking up four flights of stairs to deliver them. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks!!!
