Wonderful experience with this store! I had been looking for a specific item and found it here in an online search. I called the store for additional information and the young lady sent me a picture of the 1 remaining item they had. I ordered it, plus another item, using their website. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call that the additional item I had ordered was out of stock, but they had a similar item that was 1.00 less. Was that okay with me? Of course! She couldn't figure out how to credit my card for the 1.00; but I told her it wasn't important. When my package arrived - carefully packed and on time (in spite of the severe weather in Oklahoma), there was a printed receipt, a handwritten thank you, and an envelope containing a refund of 1.00! Just the nicest people. AND the items I ordered were even better than the description on the web. I will definitely bo looking to do business with Murphy's again!

I ordered a Nordic Ware cakelet pan that I absolutely love. There was a small amount of chipping on the corner from manufacturing that I did not want to get worse over time. I emailed Murphy's in the evening about possibly exchanging it for another one. They actually called the very next day! When my voicemail was full, they also emailed, asking me to call to see how I wanted to proceed forward. They informed me that they were out of stock and would be able to send a replacement but not until after Christmas, and they let me keep the other one to use through this Christmas. Great customer service and lovely product!!

I bought a henckel knives set. I was skeptical about their online shopping as I don't want to have any issues especially with the condition of the item or if it's in stock or something. To my surprise, the knives were in new condition and it was as expected and I did not have any problems from ordering to the delivery. I was surprised that it came faster than expected (unlike williams-sonoma, where I ordered February and the item is expected to deliver in October lol!) All in all great experience!
