National Property Inspections was referred to me by someone that I trusted and had been thoroughly impressed with their service. I tend to have high standards and expectations for most everything in life, and I was not let down. Chris arrived 15 minutes early, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately got to work and had no issue getting on the roof, up in the attic or putting on his coveralls and crawling around under the house. His report was very easy to follow and understand, and looked much better than the others that i had seen in the past. Liz was very courteous and professional on the phone, and seemed like a genuinely nice person. I had no complaints with either one of them. The next time that I need a home inspection, I will definitely be using National Property Inspections!

Chris was so thorough and did an excellent job of explaining issues, providing tips to remedy problems and offering preventative maintenance measures. I loved how easy his report was to read, and the pictures were especially helpful in recalling the different issues covered in the report. When making a purchase as significant as a home, it is critical to know what the house needs up front. In my case, I requested inspections of two different properties. The information Chris provided allowed me to feel confident in moving forward with the property that was best for me and my family. I highly recommend Chris, and I will always use him for future inspections.
