Just experienced a very disappointing experience in the Stillwater store. After being a long term customer for many years, we won’t be going back! We walked in to a customer empty store with 2 employees, we were not greeted, just asked if we had any questions? The two employees continued to work on shipping orders and did not come out to assist us. One employee only spoke out when I picked up a bottle of what I was looking for and kind of barked out “Those are for customer orders!” I said “good to know!”. My husband and daughter were offended by the lack of customer service and abrupt treatment, so as we headed to the door, the previously too busy to help us employee came around the counter! Don’t know why we were treated like that. Very disappointed to find we must now search elsewhere!

This is a place we consider to be a mandatory stop when my family comes to town to visit. We all stock up on our oils and vinegars and buy several additional bottles for gifts. Today, we stopped in for our semi-annual visit. The store was empty which was fine with social distancing and all. There were 2 employees chatting. That broke up as we started to shop. The blonde lady at the register became busy with computer stuff. We asked about a sample which she said she could get in a minute. As we continued to shop for minutes more, still no move from behind the register nor any offer for help. Finally, we just decided to head to one of the other Olive Oil companies. We are just coming off of a pandemic. Do you not need the business? They seemed completely uninterested in making a sale. With a strong Customer Service background, I think it is important to remember that the customer in front of you is the most important customer. Whatever work that was being done on the computer was much more important to this lady than the customer in front of her. It was very embarrassing for me as the host to have my guests dismissed so arrogantly. However, this is not the only Olive Oil company. We will find another place to make our regular stop.

Place has just about all of your oil/vinegar needs. They are great at helping you choose selections as well. It is definitely a neat place to stop in while in town, or to get refills if you are a local :)

My Son baught me a bottle of the Garlic flavor for my Birthday, and oh is it yummy! I use it in cooking a few dishes but .mainly as a salad dressing with some white vinegar. It's great together. I'm now in need of another bottle. Glad he found you in stopped in!!

It's a very fun store where you can try an amazing variety of oils. A great place to get gifts for people. The workers are also extremely nice.
