This company is an absolute Joke! If there is anyway to get other internet, do it! This company sent a postcard offering me a bundle deal with cable to my house addressed to my name. I set up the installation for today. After the window of time passed, I contacted them to be informed they emailed me a cancelation because I am already a customer. I called and was offered a much higher package. I would have never even considered adding TV if it weren't for Suddenlink sending me an offer. An offer now that they won't honor. Try somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

Terrible customer service. Suddenlink embodies the image of a large company that has abandoned any motivation inspired by customer satisfaction. Hour and a half hold times only to be greeted by a monotone dispassionate representative with a deficit of enthusiasm for the customer experience. The product itself is not bad, but that all depends on where you live and how well the lines have been maintained. As long as everything is working and there is no interaction with them it's fine, but when it breaks your completely at there mercy.
My bill has gone up and up and is never consistent. It went up 60 from last month and is now 284!! I'm looking at the new plans that are much better than mu plan and they are advertising 60/month for the 400 internet and core TV. I try to change to a plan like this and they tell me it's only for new customers. The lowest they offered to get my bill to was 200. Now I'm on hold in the cancellation department and have been holding for 45 minutes now. SuddenLink use to be great to do business with. Used to have great customer service. NOT ANYMORE! Find a different option and let this company go the way of the dinosaurs.
