Good people willing to help when you need it
Most of the time there are a couple of employees that will go that extra step to help you find what you need.The rest will tell you it's not in stock if it's not on my computer.an they don't honor the warranty or they won't look it up.
Last Friday I purchased a fuel pump for my motor home . My husband specifically said which one he needed that they guaranteed so we drove from Muskogee to Stilwell ( our motor home is out on chewy by the river) . Well of course they gave us the wrong one! Said the correct one would be in on Monday. So back down we drive from Muskogee to Stilwell to get the correct fuel pump. Hour n half drive n my truck won’t start. So I bought a battery over 100 sit out there n a kind lady worker tried to help but realized it wasn’t my battery that was the problem so I tried to return it within 15 minutes of the purchase . They said no even though I never used it. So I’m out my hard earned money. Thanks o’really .
