I used to come to to this shop when I was younger and always had great experiences. However, I came by today and the salesman, Stephen, was very rude with an off putting attitude When my brother asked about used boards. He switched to a more pleasant tone when we asked to look at a few boards to purchase as well. He went out of his way to stop lecture my 16 year old brother as we were leaving about asking for used boards and he should be grateful to him for giving it to him at all. He claimed the salesmen there don’t like it when you ask questions. I miss Randy.

This is the best board shop friendly services and great quality equipment I love the stuff they have and the staff are incredible. Every time I’ve gotten something here they are helpful and they have great deals with lots of reward points for more stuff and they are all about skateboarding and they are out helping the community and fellow small businesses cheers to stix ride shop!
My 9 year old has asked to come in and look around Stix Ride Shop ever since he could ask. The owner, George, has always been cool with the kids. Now that he can ride, he’s come into the shop and bought his own board and helmet. He’s always friendly and takes time for kids and explained things. He’s even held classes at the skate park. Sign up for their rewards program! I just got 21 for the next trip. Support Local!
They had a limited board I was looking for they had no problem getting it to me shipping was fast excellent service and customer service I would recommend them to anyone

Stix is a great skate shop. They have great gear at good prices. But best of all the staff is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this for anyone seeking great gear and honest recommendations.
Wow! What can I say, George the owner went above and beyond on getting me a helmet I really needed. I slammed hard a few days ago which I received a cut above my eye. I was concerned and started doing my research on which one I should buy. Once I realized which would be best for me I started calling shops around where I worked. George called me back right away and asked if anyone reached out to me about my phone call. I told I him I was looking for a helmet and he told me he could accommodate me right away. He ordered it and had it ready the next day. He made sure the right inserts were there for a proper fit. Awesome customer service I will be back! I highly recommend George!!! I had an nice time at this skate shop. There stock was low because of COVID19 so I had to wait for bearings, no big deal. I did build a long board with almost all parts. I was missing 1/2 risers but I bought them on Amazon. Again no big deal. They guy there is very friendly and helpful with my questions. Also to note the grip tape job is notch. The rewards program is amazing as well. Spend 10 and get 1 of store credit. Normally its spend 20 get a dollar. I spent 182 and I have 18 is store credit already!
