A nice local mom/pop-owned franchise of the Avis company. Their daughters all work there as well, and the result is personalized service in a relatively timely fashion. The one down-side is out of the owners' control: They are in a little strip mall and instead of having any kind of real selection to choose from, they only have a few random cars as overflow from the airport. So you generally have ZERO choice, probably only a single car in the common types like mid-sized SUV or economy, and none in the fancier types. Being so well-run and considerate, though, I've had calls from them on the day of rental letting me know they didn't have any cars at all, so I could — with an hour of effort calling around because the other stores in the area are not so diligent and don't like to answer the phone — find another branch that does have a car and uber to them to pick it up instead.

Car was filthy inside and out . FILTHY!!! They all were. Was told if I get the car washed, I would get a 10 credit. I did not get it bc I prepaid, and I will never do it again. They had limited models so they upgraded without telling me, which was fine. When I returned the car, I was charged an upgrade charge without them saying a word. Way too much of an inconvenience and just plain laziness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst car rental experience ever. From the start. Had a reservation, arrived, they had no vehicle for us. The agents were no help. The person who details the cars told us to try customer service to change locations since we had a reservation. Customer service tried to charge over 1000 for our 300 rental!!! After an 1.5 hours, the agent walks out and says he can give us a large car instead of the SUV we reserved. Decided to accept. THE CAR BROKE DOWN! Called Avis roadside assistance. They asked if it could wait till morning. NO! We are in the middle of nowhere. Then they called after 3 hours and asked us if we had received another car yet and said there records showed one had been dropped off to us 250 miles from the location we were at. We had not received another car and I guess we just walked the 250 miles. Left us stranded in the middle of nowhere for over 6 hours. Tried to call customer service again about all the issues and still cant get a response. Finally received another car. Brought the car back in a timely manner and they wanted to tack on another 150 for gas, except that we had just filled the tank. The girl didn't even look, just assumed. And wanted to charge 20 late fee. We were not late since we spoke with someone at the location to clear the arrival time since we were stranded for so long. Claimed, when we protested she tried to take it of but \couldn't.\ Back on the phone with customer service. And this is just the gist of the ridiculousness we went thru. My advice: RUN. To Hertz, Enterprise or literally ANYWHERE else, even straight to your destination. It would be better than renting from this enormously unprofessional place. Oh, for out trouble, they did off a coupon for our ext\ rental.

First time visiting location was very challenging with a few concerns. But over all, the Avis representative remain humble and professionally regardless. Upon return he'd placed me with a Kia forte which is very comfy and I'm fully aware of the 41 mph. instead I were exchanged with a Mitsubishi SUV. Comfy and viewable of surrounding vehicles on highway.evryrhing work. I had refuel once.one way price was great!

This is the worst experience ever! Second time renting with them an once again the car was dirty an smelly I made reservations from Thursday to the next week Wednesday 574.33 with tax I was two days late my total was 1168 these ppl charge me 75 dollars for an hour insurance that I declined 66 dollars taxes 159 dollars waiver an damage fee no damages remind you they told me 330 dollars was the cost of being two days late an it accumulated 312 dollars worth of taxes within those days this was the most expensive foul odor smelling I’ve ever had I’m so zoned out right now because I have never seen a scam so corporate with horrible customer service DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY UP THERE
