You will get 10 Texts and calls prior to your visit. I appreciate the reminder to be on time. However when you arrive plan on waiting an hour or more to see someone. Why go thru the effort to ensure I am on time and then treat your customers like this? You encourage your customers to show up late if it takes this long to get them back. Change your processes. Hire someone that knows how to run a Dr office. Don’t have a onboarding process that gets people in the door on time only to encourage the exact opposite behavior with your back office process once they are in the building.

Dr .Lisa Perry Gikes is absolutely extraordinary! She is patient, caring and extremely informative. This is a third attempt to find a quality doctor ...I’ve finally done it! I am so happy about my visit, and I recommend anyone to see her as well. She is truly awesome in every sense of the word.

Everytime I have gone there the staff has been kind and considerate. My Dr. Lisa Gilkes has been great. She has been the thorough, and I like the fact that she takes her time to answer your questions and explain the things you may not understand. She makes you feel comfortable.

ABSOLUTE LIARS. I went in for a routine exam. My Doctor retired and NOBODY told me despite telling me I had an appointment with him. Fun right? I pay full price for a visit with someone who isn't my normal doctor and isn't even a doctor? Then, a 40 visit (that's what I was told the cost would be for my copay) ended up being additional 256. They lied about the cost. Then I went for some physical therapy they recommended and guess what, LIED about the cost there too. They determined I needed this machine that was an extra 100, which they DIDN'T MENTION doesn't even apply to my deductible. The billing department blames it on the insurance company as \their computer systems don't communicate well with each other\. All of this is in ADDITION to the 186 it cost at the time I did PT plus the 40 for the copay for the appointment. Also when speaking to the billing department, I was told that the people should have been telling me all this at the time I was paying them money. Nope. NEVER got told a thing. To make things more confusing, they took payments for one thing and applied to other things then forced me to repay for things I had ALREADY PAID FOR b/c they applied the money towards things they didn't even tell me I owed for! The grand total, a 40 visit that lead to PT (at a facility an HOUR away b/c they don't have anything close to my actual office that I visited and couldn't refer me to a PT place that was close by because they wanted the money more than they wanted me to get help) cost an EXTRA 540, 356 of that wasn't even discussed until AFTER everything had been done. Billing after the fact when someone asks UPFRONT what the costs are and you lie to them about the costs sounds like FRAUD because it IS FRAUD. Screw the ENT Institute. Avoid these scam artists like the plague! Hopefully someone will see this and I'll save them the stress and money of seeing these scam artists. Go somewhere that will treat you right!

This place is a Total Sham...And to think I actually liked the service, wanted to continue to do business, but it mattered more to them to charge me 50 no-show during a statewide lockdown, at the height of the pandemic in April and I and even offered to reschedule when things got better..Not surprised to see other billing concerns in the reviews.. Consumer Beware..Next Stop BBB. Office of consumer affairs, that 50 gonna cost them more than the credit hit on my 800 score..
