Customer service was great. Chicken was dry and cinnamon bun was dry. Biscuit was hard. I was very disappointed and I am usually satisfied.

All the employees were not properly wearing the face mask. Their nose and top lips were not covered on at least 4 employees. They were all holding other conversations besides working. The front counter clerk was taking orders for both drive thru and front counter while the drive clerk just stood there. Food was ok.

Fortunately, there were NO LINES! BUT we brought food for several out-of-town relatives who brought my newest great-granddaughter here for the holidays. But the LARGE dessert we ordered ammounted to a container of approximately two-four tablespoons full. We called and went back but they were closed.

Ordered 2 cinnamon swirls and 2 waters. Went to drink, saw a black spot...yuck. Opened the lid to find an ant in my cup. If I saw it, I know the person making the drinks or the person handing the food out the window saw it. As slow as the drive-thru service is, they may as well take an extra two seconds and inspect the orders before handing them out. Not going back. If you have ants then there’s probably roaches too. Threw the whole order away!
