Getting in contact with our representative “Teraseita Leake” is almost impossible. Our community is Cascade Place Atlanta. This association is horrible with communication and they never have any answers. Our community pool is closed and they are not doing anything to open it up. We pay our dues and it seems like its only for grass to be cut. Our “patrol services” are only around to put stickers on cars parked on the street but when someone breaks into the windows of my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee the “patrol services” are nowhere to be found. Oh and nothing can be done about it. No security, no cameras, no information, no professionalism. Do not buy a home that has sentry management as an HOA. Bad business.

I truly want to say what a pleasure it was to speak with Allie Katt, she is an example of EXCELLENT customer service. I felt appreciated and she helped me thoroughly. I LOVED the way our call started with her apologizing about the long wait time, which is almost unheard of. We NEED more like her (cloning). 10 STARS for Allie.

Our HOA board sent out an email asking us to call Sentry Management for any questions we had; but, when I called and wanted to talk to our HOA POC, she refused to talk to me and had the phone Rep tell me to call my HOA board instead! Then, I recently called because I kept being denied access to the hoa.butler site run by them and could not get forms I needed. Their phone Rep insisted on changing my ID code to something she wanted for me rather than one I chose and told me to use that to access the site. Not only was I unable to access the site, but I was actually redirected to another site, which turned out to be another Association site that does not manage our HOA business. I never could get on the site but had to email HOA Board members to get the forms I needed This is just the latest incidents of NUMEROUS other experiences over almost four years where I had trouble getting help from Sentry Management personnel.
