If I could give this company negative stars I would! This by far has been the worst experience and customer service I have ever had with any company period! I've had issues since the very beginning with the owner Ken. He does not know how to speak to people. Very rude and unprofessional. It took them OVER 4 months to finish our sign. When they finally put the sign up it was spelled wrong, even after I sent several emails to them saying to correct the spelling. I had to wait a whole month later for them to correct the spelling. So I had a misspelled sign on our building for a month. On top of that, he screwed up the renderings with the city who even said that he made a ton of errors. He put up a big hassle to fix HIS errors on the renderings as well! The owner made several excuses about why he couldn't do the job timely! He never once owned up or apologized for the errors. He tried to belittle my job stating that this wasn't a job that he was going to make much money off of. Firstly, that was disrespectful and secondly, why take the job then in the beginning. I had several companies I could have used and he knows it, which is why he tried to beat their price. As soon as I paid my money, this is when the terrible issues started. After it took forever and after error after error, I tried to ask if he would take something off the price for the inconvenience, like any reasonable company would have done since they cause the issues, and he refused. Do not use this company! Save yourself the headache and take your money to a more professional and customer service driven company. I wish I would have gone to another company, this was a terrible experience!!
