I tried to call them to see if they take Yard waste did not answer the phone When I got in line they could have told me soon's they seem all the stuff hanging off my truck but waited to I got to the scale to tell me and then closed the door when I try to Ask them a question where could I take the Yard Waste
Waste Management is a rip off. They charged me 75.00 to come pickup their container when I cancelled my service. They told me I could not drop it off only they can pick it up and I had to pay. I would think twice about their service
i called to see if i could throw away two old recliners. They accepted furniture, but it’s an 80 minimum charge! We have good pick up service but wow this is pricey. I was thinking it would be around 25. Make sure you have enough to get rid of to justify this cost
This is a sorry company that don't follow through. First of all, my trash has been sitting at the end of my driveway since Sunday and my pickup day is Monday. I have called twice and to let them know that my trash has not been picked up. The rep claimed that the driver couldn't get to it and then he lied and said that my trash bin wasn't out there. The rep has written 2 additional tickets for the driver to come back and get my trash. They have yet to show up… I've had WASTE MANAGEMENT in the past but they are full of BS right about now.
