This is the most unprofessional and non-sympathetic doctor's office I have ever gone too. I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone seeking help. I was just notified @ 3:34pm that they would have to reschedule my appointment because of building maintenance work at the Stockbridge location. This is the second excuse I have received this week for my appointment cancellation. I was expecting to receive the result from a recent biopsy. Needless to say, there is a level of stress and anxiety waiting to hear such news but only to be told that I would have to wait another week is completely heartless. Especially for a procedure that I have already paid for. This type of treatment is exactly why physician are losing public trust because of the lack of quality medical service. What ever happened to respect and dignity of care for the patient. This practice has forgotten the promise it made within that medical oath of “first, do no harm”.

I’m not one to slander a business, I really wanted to like this place despite the almost unanimous bad reviews. So I’ve been looking for a black dermatologist for an issue with my scalp. I suspected what my condition was and I just wanted confirmation and to begin treatment. This is not a simple case of acne. I decided to go here solely based on the fact that they are open on Saturdays, so I didn’t have to take off work. That’s my first mistake. I arrived to my appointment and the front desk staff were friendly and wearing masks (can’t say the same about the provider). I check in, wait a few minutes, and I’m called backed. When I made the appointment, I requested to see the doctor, not the PA, because again, this is not a case of acne. So I’m surprised when the PA comes in. Even more surprised at the fact that she was not wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. She barely peers in my head for a fraction of a second and gives a diagnosis and prescribed a few things. This diagnosis did not seem correct to me but I decided to try the treatment for a month. The provider was not friendly or empathetic. She lacked all the qualities necessary for good bedside manner. She told me to return in a month for follow-up. This whole interaction lasted about 2 minutes. After completing the month of treatment I sought out a new dermatologist. I’ve now received the correct diagnosis consistent with what I suspected and am on an appropriate treatment plan for my condition. I decided to write this review after seeing the new dermatologist and how an appointment should go. I’m very happy with my new dermatologist and will not be returning to ‘World’s Famous Dermatologist’. It was totally worth taking the hour or two off of work to see a competent dermatologist and get on the correct treatment plan.

I wish there was a option to give this place a ZERO!!! Please do not go here run as fast as you can. There are far more professional, caring and real dermatologist than this place! I learned my lesson the hard way! I was pushed to buy a skincare line that left my pores clog and lots of breakout far more worst than when I came! I was so embarrassed to see that I was hood winked by the doctor. His assistant and himself were so excited that I had excellent health care insurance and just wanted to throw a lot of unnecessary things to get a check from my insurance company! I spent 160 out of pocket buying his horrible products! He never looked at me just looked at the fake results his assistant gathered up! Extremely incompetent office and I wish I could have had my insurance company deny paying him! Do yourself a favor and please do NOT fall victim like I did! Never have I ever been this disgusted with a dermatology experience before!!!

I took my son to the Stockbridge office 3 times. Two of the three times we waited over an hour before seeing a doctor. The excuse I was given during our most recent visit was that the doctor was \in a procedure\. Why in the world would you book multiple appointments at the same time when you know the doctor has a procedure to perform? I find it very difficult to respect any institution who cannot respect my time. We will not be going back.

When I make an appointment with the SPECIFIC DR, I WANT TO MEET THAT DR, NOT a nurse practitioner!!! And yet another Dr office ..... schedules an appointment with The Dr, We get calls and text messages reminders with Dr David Bryant. On arrival a Nurse Practitioner shows up whom we were not scheduled to meet. Also we were informed that the Dr does not work on Fridays ... then knowingly why would you schedule an appointment!! This is my choice if I want to meet a Board Cerified Dr or a Dr trained nurse practitioner. A patient should be informed before hand who I am meeting!!! Every person should contact their insurance company and inform them how you haven't seen the Dr and they bill the insurance company for meeting the Dr yet the Dr is never there!!..
