My experience with repair shop has been very unsatisfying. I initially traded in a laptop for another from the shop. The following day, I had to return it because it was defective and unfixable. So, the owner gave me another laptop to replace that one. It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised. Then he explains that it's a driver issue the updates from HP are not compatible with the laptop. He was unable to tell me year and model of the laptop. However, he says he has a fix for it. I pick up the laptop and the graphics are horrible and look very outdated. This has been most inconvenient as I work from home. I have essentially lost 2 work days and have an outdated computer. Unacceptable!

I was nearly panicked to get a virus on my Mac. These guys knew what kind it was right away and they were able to get rid of it and even install more ram for me....within a couple of hours!!! Now I know we have our own \genius bar\ right here in Stockbridge. Saved hours & gas & frustration from a trip to downtown ATL.
I had an issue with my laptop. When entering the shop I received an awesome greeting. There were some challenges I had to return for additional repairs. Overall I'm satisfied. And I would recommend them and use them again.
I was not happy with the service from Your Geek, and I will never return to this business! I was told that my laptop would be ready on a certain day...it was not. When I finally was told to come puck it up...they didn't return the charging cord. I asked for the cord upon pick-up & was told there wasn't one. After checking home I called to inform them I had in fact brought in the charging cord & that I'd be there to retrieve it. It took about 1 hour for them to find my cord!! I'm sorry, but I'm done here!
This place was awesome. My computer had a piece stuck inside the headphone jack and Chase fixed it. He was well mannered and very polite.I recommend this place to anyone! The customer service was excellent!
