Great rinks, great food, all around excellent arena.
The experience itself has the potential to be a nice escape from quarantine but it also comes with a lot of uneasiness from the uncleanliness of the building, bathrooms and rentals. They also do not require people to wear masks during skating which makes no sense to me but they informed me it’s not required due to the “temperature inside the rink” but if that was true wouldn’t covid be nonexistent in the winter? I genuinely used to love going here with friends and family but you can tell that management has given up, the vending machines do not work, the skates were filthy covered in the previous persons hair and other grime, the bathrooms were the worst i’ve seen with no soap in the dispensers or sanitizers available. Just felt very disappointed and immediately took a shower after visiting
If you don't care about masks and safety then this is the place for you. We took our kids for an open skate. They have it posted that masks are mandatory as they should but they don't enforce it. Most kids and parents there wore masks except for members of there hockey team. We asked the kids to put on masks and they were very disrespectful saying on the ice they don't have to wear them and refused to put them on. Staff did nothing about it. We will not be back.
THE WORST! They were disparaging and rude to my disabled daughter. The opposite of inclusive. Disgusting. Will not return. Do NOT recommend.
