i spent the day calling the offices to no avail; i was on hold all day and when i was finally able to talk to someone they put me back on hold and call ended. very unhappy

I called to ask a question and the guy who answered was not only extremely unhelpful but very condescending and rude. He acted like I was wasting his time by merely existing and gave me information that was directly contradictory to what my case worker told me.
