I would like to give a honorable mention to my hiring manager Rina Miranda and to her team for collecting awesome individuals and maintaining a fluid work place! Her team, specifically Maria Peterson and Amanda make it all clear and simple in what is instructed of us respite care providers to perform. We are never left clueless and are always available any questions or concerns we may have! This is an excellent part time and/or full time job opportunity for those looking for a position in this company and are ready to interact and help families around the area of Stockton, Tracy, Mountain View, Manteca, Lodi, etc. to provide respite care services! I have worked for this amazing company for over a year! I love working here. Everyone has such a warm welcoming heart and is very helpful. If there’s ever an issue, it is resolved quickly. Placement for clients is accommodating to staff needs. Maria and Amanda have been so amazing and wonderful even during these unprecedented times! I love this company and highly recommend the company for respite care.

I've had approx. 3 yrs experience using Pacific Home Care Services for our special needs son's care provider needs and I have never been unhappy. My first care provider ended up not being a good fit for us and I wasn't sure how to handle that situation but when I briefly mentioned how I was feeling, the office girl was so wonderful (Adrianna) and she handled everything for me so I wasn't put in an awkward situation and it was a quick process finding the new provider. We absolutely LOVE our current provider and PHCS is so easy to deal with. Every one of their office employee's have always been very helpful and easy to deal with. I've also been told by several people that working as a care provider through PHCS is very rewarding and a great company to work for. They go above and beyond to take care of their care providers just as their care providers are highly recommended and far surpass those from some of the other company's out there. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pacific Home Care Services and I am very thankful to have found our provider through PHCS. Highly recommended this company for sure!

I started receiving services from Pacific home care about 2 months ago.From the very beginning I let them know exactly what I wanted and they gave me exactly what I asked for my daughter has one of the best respite providers she's just so understanding and so knowledgable I couldn't ask for a better respite provider. Anytime I have an issue I'm able to call my case worker and she's able to handle what I'm asking her for or any problem I have she's able to help resolve it. I would highly suggest them as a respite provider they do a great job they make you feel comfortable and during these times I know that they have made my family feel very safe with them coming into my home.

I've been working for PHC for almost a year. I've never felt so much support from a company for it's employees. I'm thankful for all the incentives and thoughtfulness. Someone said caregivers are lazy and I beg to differ! I try my BEST to be flexible and go above and beyond for my wonderful clients. Including light house work. I believe we give our best even though this is a 2nd job for most of us. One thing for sure is children with special needs certainly have my heart. I work with children who have Autism at both jobs. I have over 20 years of working with children who have special needs. It's my passion.They're my babies and I wouldn't change a thing. Us caregivers become a big part of our clients family.
