My wife and I bought our very first 2021 Atlas from Stokes VW. We worked with Derrick, Pierce, and Vann the sales manager who made the buying experience easier than expected and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We were there late after they closed once we finished with test drives and then talked price. We never felt rushed during this process and they made us feel like part of the family. During the looking process, we explained to Derrick our intentions that we would take the night to think about it and both Vann and Derrick upfront and understood. Went in the next day and Vann worked his magic to get me at the price payment I needed to be at. Pierce took the time with my wife to show as the features and explained them well. Derrick did the same for me. If I had one complaint it would be I felt a little rushed with the finance person however he is only one person serving the whole dealership so I could imagine he is busy. Recommend hiring another finance manager. Great overall experience.

Charlotte was absolutely the best. Kind, considerate, not pushy, and prepared to answer all my questions. She was attentive to my mother who uses a wheelchair and made her feel most comfortable. After going back and forth over a vehicle I wasn't sure of for almost two hours, she was able to stop and help me reassess and find what I need at the price I requested to stay within. Truly a star!

I must give praise where praise is due! What an amazing experience I had today purchasing my new vehicle from Andy. He and his GM were able to get me into the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted. Amazing customer service and definitely there for the purchasers best interest. Also, I was driving in from about 2 hours away and Andy was able to have all the paperwork and car detailed in a short notice before I even arrived. Very smooth process and was in and out in no time. If you’re looking to get into a new car this is definitely a good dealership to check out, and make sure to ask for Andy.

We worked with Joel Crawford and Jesse Freeman, who made the buying experience easier than expected and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. During the looking process, we explained to Joel our price limit and he would proceed to show us the cars in our range. When it was time to choose the payment and duration of the loan, that’s when Jesse was able to work his magic. Once the car was delivered, Joel took time to explain and show a lot of the features the Atlas has. Great overall experience.
