I live in this complex . i have been here for about 4 months . Community is good . Management is fantastic ,the amenities here are great ,has a gym , great pool , and if you have a pet it’s a great environment . The only thing i don’t like about here ,is that the parking is so BAD .They do have a car port they offer but want extra cash just to park your car and they also have a garage but thats even more than the car port . So you barely have people in the car port or the garages are taken so to find a parking spot is SO!! BAD !! reminder place is great . but parking is the worst so get here at 6 PM . if not good luck finding a close parking spot to your apartment.

When you google hospitality a picture of Stone Loch should pop up with the manager Rachel front and center. From tour to move in this was the smoothest process I've ever experienced and in my opinion it's all due to Rachel. She's so knowledgeable and accommodating it's unreal, 5/5. Highly recommended!

I’m not a resident here but I did recently have a tour. The community is nice, it’s new- but something the leasing agent did struck a bad cord with me and ultimately caused me not to lease. They were a little rude to me when I said I was going to go to the property next door after touring with them and started to give me a list of why they were better and how bad the other property is. The demeanor completely changed and I felt off put about their attitude. I think it’s extremely rude to go to such a great length to talk so badly about your competition, they don’t have a friendly neighborhood mindset at all. I could clearly see how threatened they were about the other property, when I toured the other property they were extremely nice and had nothing but good things to say about Stone Loch. I can’t justify paying so much more money a month for a small apartment just because you get upgraded appliances and granite especially when the sense of community is extremely lacking.

I was super excited to come tour this property. Definitely a major upgrade from where I currently live so I was hoping I would be sold on it. After about 5 minutes into the tour before even seeing the apartment I was sold. The gym, lobby, mail room, pool, golf simulator, alone won me over. Plus perks of going to a newer property you can get a first floor unit which we applied for yesterday! We have been on a third floor for three years with two dogs and can't wait to start our new chapter at these apartments. Management is very knowledgeable and It was awesome to hear they been doing it for a long time. Seriously, worth the money.

I have to say Keisha is the BEST BEST BEST \u003c3. we stopped by Stone Loch for a tour and signed the contract right away in the same morning with extremely warm welcome and kind help from Keisha. She didn't mind taking us back and forth to compare floor plans. We moved in 3 days later with smooth and super fast process. We move from a house to this apartment but we are already in love with Stone Loch. The kitchen just as nice as the one at our old house. This place is safe with security and technology is on trend. Amenities and other things is good. Staff members also live here so you will see them around with greetings and smiles, feel like family.

I love this apartment complex and definitely recommend! We saw several other apartments before making our decision and I can honestly say this was the best choice. Other apartments we saw were so tiny and so expensive, and amenities were not good. You get a great size apartment for a good price and beautiful amenities, the gym is PERFECT!
