Due to me being out of state, for the first time ever (and most likely the last time) I bought a vehicle sight unseen. I had every intention of flying out to see the vehicle but due to the pandemic I wanted to be cautious and decided not to fly out at the very last minute. Benjamin was my sales rep and was extremely responsive during the whole process. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns and even gave advice/tips on some things like where to get another key fob programmed as the vehicle I purchased didn't include one. There were some minor things that weren't brought to my attention like the hairline cracks in the windshield that were clearly visible. I feel like that should have been mentioned amoust one other small minor issue that the dealer truly may not have known but was a low cost easy fix. I took away a star for the windshield. I had the vehicle transported to me by a third party that I hired who inspected and took pictures of the vehicle at pickup. Transport driver was able to confirm the hairline crack didn't occur during transport. Overall, the vehicle runs strong and interior was very clean and in great shape as well as the exterior. I am overjoyed with my new vehicle, I absolutely love it. Thank you Benjamin for your patience and helping to make the deal happen despite me being out of state.

We bought our first car from here today, a beautiful Hyundai. Benjamin was our sales representative and he did a fantastic job. Funny, informative, and told the whole truth. The car itself is very clean and runs perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to call and ask for Benjamin.
I was sold a car and seemingly good condition and was told it was in good condition. I started having trouble with the car within the FIRST week of purchase. The Service Engine Light just popped up and the car would only start after 3-4 tries. I brought it back and got the starter fixed. After the starter was fixed, the light came back on only 2 days later and I was told it was probably a Catalytic Converter, which is an expensive fix by the way. Only a month after purchase, the car COMPLETELY shut down and would no longer start or anything. I had to spend over 1200 to get it fixed only for it to shut down only two days after getting it fixed. (Horrible warranty, it covered none of these expenses). After it breaking down for the second time, I was told that it is a transmission issue, which again, is another expensive fix. I haven’t even had the car for three months and it’s already of no good use to me. The amount I would have to spend to get it completely fix, will exceed the value of the car, seeing as I’ve already spent a near 1300, and transmission fix can cost anywhere up to 3000-4000. I am almost 100% believe that they were fully aware of the issues with this vehicle and neglected to tell me on purpose to make a quick sale. I understand with COVID, that times are hard for businesses, but it is hard for everyone like myself as well, so I am extremely disappointed and upset with the fact that they sold me a car in such horrible condition. I would NOT recommend coming here to anyone.
This place is fantastic! I was looking for a car, and within 48 hours.m, I had a beautiful Mazda 6 that runs like a dream. I was super nervous, since it was the first car I’ve actually bought from a dealership. However, Benjamin took care of me from beginning to end. Great personality, explained everyone clearly in detail, and didn’t add or surprise me with any fees. Couldn’t have asked for a better dealer or a better experience. This dealership is run by good guys who took absolute great care of me. I can’t encourage you more to purchase your car from here!
I went to this dealership to look at a Mazda 3 with low mileage... Benjamin the salesman was GREAT! He let me check it and over several times with no disturbances. He let me take it for test drive and even spoke with my father to put him at ease. The only reason I wasn’t able to return to purchase was my bank officer suggested a newer year for financing purposes. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle in great condition for a great price! Oh yea he even worked with me and let me keep the warranty! Go check them out!
