Beware. I called and schedule a time for the service guy to come he quoted me 35.00 to look my washer. I admit my wash room is small so he had to pull out the dryer to look my washer, however he did full diagnostic to my washer and at the end of the service he admitted to breaking handle of my dryer but turned around and charged me 15.00 additional dollars because he said that he had to do more than he expected. On top of that the fee to even do the job to 3 year old Washer was a whooping 385.00. That's the price of a fairly new washer. I felt sooo sick by the service I couldn't believe he would Charge me additional 15.00 dollars when it was just suppose to be 35.00 when doing business you don't switch up on the customer after the agreement what if that was my last 35.00 and then knowing you broke my handle to my dryer though yes he did replace 3 days later it's the principal to charge me any extra after breaking my handle. He should have said I normally would charge additional 15.00 but I broke the handle and with that being said I will just replace the handle have a nice day. I just felt a little money hungry. He get 2 stars because he wasn't late he did call even when replacing the handle . I just can't do business with people that switch up on me on price. BTW my washer is running still rough and I notice the sensors are off so when it's in rinse it's actually washing. Maytag eventually said they will help me I can't wait to see what the results is with their diagnostic
Mr.Mark has always been pleasant they are a good repair service.
My 35.00 service fee went to 95.00 with in a hour he didn't hang around long enough to make sure it was working properly and it wasn't I am so disappointed don't want to give them another dollar So please make sure whoever service your machine stay around until it finishes a full cycle
