My daughter has been a client with Diverse Therapy for a few years and from our very first appointment with Dr. T and her staff, they have always treated us like family. It started out great and it looks nice but went down hill, following issues: bad attitudes from staff, mishandling of schedules, long waits after arrival while therapists were on personal calls, parent shaming, lack of parent integration, and not every therapist is as good/kind as the other.
