Great trail. Terrain changes from rocky, dirt, tree roots to climb like steps, lake views, forest. We really enjoyed it!

Nice short trail in the park. Not as crowded as the Cherokee trail. A beautiful stroll through a mostly hardwood forest with a scenic lake view about half way through the loop. You are close to the 78 so a bit of road noise.

A moderate relaxing 2.2 mile hike just located as you enter SM main entrance off Hwy78. It is immediately to your right as you cross first bridge. Quiet and always a pleasant safe park. This is my local gym.

Not very crowded, the Trail of the Muskogee is a peaceful hike that is a great way to blow off some steam for people of all ages. The views of the lake are fantastic and you'll probably see (or hear) the baby turtles jumping into the water.

Great trail. Just enough challenge for grandma and grandson. I am looking forward to walking it in the fall.
