The staff were polite. Hours are ridiculous because if you need something you have to go there Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and unfortunately there are some people who actually have a friggin job and work those hours. So either they should have a couple nights where they stay open later or they are open on a Saturday morning for a few hours.
